USA Softball of Central California Non-Profit Information

Currently, USA Softball of Central California leagues can purchase a Not-For-Profit D&O Liability policy through RPS Bollinger. However, as indicated in the policy, the coverage is only afforded to leagues and associations that have current Not-For-Profit status. Those leagues or associations that do not file for Not-For-Profit status, or those that allow their Not-For-Profit status to lapse, are EXCLUDED from coverage under this policy.

USA Softball of Central California recommends that all leagues/organizations become a Not-For-Profit to take advantage of the programs awarded to them.  Once you become a Not-For-Profit it is your responsibility to file the appropriate paperwork to maintain your Not-For-Profit status.
