USA Softball of Central California Tournament Request Form
IMPORTANT NOTICE

— This form must be completed if you are interested in hosting any Adult or Youth event.

— May thru July requests should be made by September 25th, all other requests must be received at least 14 days prior to the requested date.

— All tournament requests are assigned/approved by the Tournament Committee at the October Annual Meeting.

— No tournament date is considered automatic.

— Please retain your request e-mail receipt.

— Without a request on file, your event will not be placed.

— Schedules that are approved will be published on our USACC website, as well as the Tourney Machine website.

— If changes are needed, you must notify Manny Alderete 30 days prior to the event.

— If your tournament exceeds 36 teams, USACC may assign a USA Representative to evaluate the event.

— Please contact your District Commissioner for tournament insurance questions.
