Central California ASA Tournament Request Form
IMPORTANT NOTICE

— This form must be completed if you are interested in hosting any Adult or Youth event.

— All requests should be made by December 31, requests after that date will fill weekends not previously occupied.

— All tournament requests are assigned/approved by the Tournament Committee and announced at the January JO Workshop.

— No tournament date is considered automatic.

— Please retain your request e-mail receipt.

— Without a request on file, your event will not be placed.

— Schedules that are approved will be published on the CCASA website.

— If changes are needed, you must notify Jessica Ralls 30 days prior to the event.

— If your tournament exceeds 36 teams, CCASA may assign an ASA Representative to evaluate the event.

— Please contact your County Commissioner for tournament insurance.
